How Sourcing Works

Submit your request and share the reference, brand, condition, budget and any special preferences. We will send you a competitive quote within 48 hours.

Secure Your Watch
Once specific details and price are agreed upon, we'll secure a refundable deposit and begin our search. Deposit is applied to final price of the watch or refunded in its entirety if not sourced within 30 days.

Sourcing & Authentication
We search and secure the watch. Every piece undergoes our standard authentication and inspection review to meet our Aurora Collection authenticity guarantee — no surprises.

Secure Delivery
Your watch ships fully insured overnight via FedEx. We always follow-up with our clients to ensure your complete satisfaction.
